Product Aspects

Feedback on the Ultra Open-Ear True Wireless Open Earbuds' durability and build quality is predominantly negative. Many users report premature failure of the earbuds, particularly the right earbud, and a flimsy charging case. Concerns are raised about the earbuds' ability to withstand active use due to potential damage from sweat or dust. While some users praise the initial build quality, the consensus points towards significant reliability issues and cheap materials, especially considering the product's high price.
  • Earbuds frequently fail within months of use
  • Charging case is made of flimsy, cheap plastic
  • Charging pins in the case get stuck, preventing charging
  • Right earbud is particularly prone to failure
  • Unreliable performance during activity due to sweat/dust
  • Questionable long-term durability given the price point
