The Ultra Open-Ear True Wireless Open Earbuds offer a comfortable and stylish open-ear listening experience prioritizing situational awareness, but suffer from sound quality limitations, software issues, and durability concerns. Their high price point makes them a questionable value proposition for many, despite their unique design and comfort.
Feedback on the Ultra Open-Ear True Wireless Open Earbuds' durability and buildquality is predominantly negative. Many users report premature failure of the earbuds, particularly the right earbud, and a flimsy charging case. Concerns are raised about the earbuds' ability to withstand active use due to potential damage from sweat or dust. While some users praise the initial buildquality, the consensus points towards significant reliability issues and cheap materials, especially considering the product's high price.

Charging pins in the case get stuck, preventing charging
